My expertise is in plan design, communication and carrier negotiation. I work with our clients to develop benefits strategies that are sustainable and an integrated piece of their overall compensation objectives. I work closely with our talented Analytics and Plan Member Experience Teams to ensure a top of class Account Management and plan member advocacy service is experienced by all of our clients.

As the founding partner of AQ Group Solutions, I am active in our business development as well as product and service innovation.

I hold a GBA (Group Benefit Associate) Designation as well as Certification in Global Benefits Management. I am actively pursuing professional development through the International Foundation of Benefits and am a member of an international study group.

I serve on the Board of the Winnipeg Chapter of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), where I am actively involved in membership recruitment and integration. I am a co-founder and Director of More Than Shoes, a Manitoba based not-for-profit providing children in need with new, properly fitted shoes and boots as well as a Director for Winnipeg Harvest and the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba.
