Danielle Lysak

I represent the team that acts as a liaison between the employee, Insurance Carrier and Health Care provider to resolve communication or claims issues and help educate the parties involved in order to prevent subsequent issues in the claims process. In addition, our team quarterbacks the onboarding of new plan members as well as handling administrative and billing enquiries. We also assist with production and distribution of employee communication pieces.

In keeping with AQ’s culture of professional development, I am currently pursuing my CEBS designation.

Previous to joining AQ, I worked with an insurance company and in the Health Care Provider field. These experiences have given me valuable perspective into both administration and claims processes as well as the importance of health and wellness as part of an overall benefits strategy.

In my leisure time, I am an active member of the Arthritis Society’s Joints in Motion Training Team, as well as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
