Cathy Walker

As a Group Benefit Consultant at AQ, I provide administrative support and plan analysis with a specialty in small and mid-sized businesses. I work with the AQ analytics team, assisting in financial reporting, renewal negotiation and presentation. I am also responsible for strategic plan design to ensure the programs we manage evolve and align to the corporate objectives of our client partners.

I am life licensed, hold a GBA (Group Benefit Associate) designation as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management. In keeping with AQ’s culture I am a long time member of CPBI (Canadian Pension and Benefit Institute) as well as HRMAM (Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba).

Having worked both sides of the desk and as both a plan sponsor and a vendor, I bring a focused and realistic perspective to our clients and their employees.

I am a Past President of the River East Ringette Association and spend my leisure time supporting community sport.
