Kim Siddall, FLMI HIA
Kim has 18 years experience in the group health and pension industry, both in consulting and head office environments. Kim specializes in client relationship management, specialized plan design, organizational health analysis, drug plan management and health and wellness plan development. She serves as the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute Chair for Manitoba. Kim’s industry background provides our clients with a strategic approach to plan design and management.
Valerie Henry Valerie has over 10 years experience in the group health industry. Her expertise in analytics and plan service ensures our clients receive the highest standard of technical analysis. Valerie’s team focus and superb client relationship skills compliment the collaborative nature of our firm.
Lisa Kroft
In her role as Benefits Technician, Lisa provides our clients with the transition and implementation, communication and administrative support key to an effective and efficiently run benefits program. Lisa’s administrative and account management background compliments the continuum of care our clients receive from initial sign up through to annual plan reviews and renewals.
Kathy Greenlay,(affiliate: Independent Disability Management Consultant) Kathy brings to our team, 20 years in the field of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment, Kathy has valuable experience in all aspects of Return to Work programs, Absenteeism Management, Disability Claims Control and Workplace Safety Audits. Kathy’s breadth of experience includes excellent working knowledge of and experience with federal and provincial legislation nationally. Kathy has provided disability consulting services to a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, health care, agriculture, mining and government (municipal, provincial, federal, Crowns).
